Hi Everyone,

My doctor told me that I have systemic Candida, which is a fungus that grows throughout your body, not fun stuff.  I have been put on a strict diet: NO yeast, dairy, gluten, wheat, fruit, and too many other things to remember.  I was put on a medication called Diflucin to help kill the fungus, which actually is a hard medication because of its many side effects.  I was on the diet for two months and the medication for a month.  I do feel better and have been loosing weight.  Candida has many symptoms, like, vaginal infections or infections throughout your body, ask your doctor about Candida.

Hi Everyone!

 I hope everyone is doing well!  It's the holiday season and it is time to celebrate!!  

 I am so excited, but then again the amount of sugar intake is overwhelming! But don't get discouraged yet.  When you got to eat that Christmas dinner take small portions and chew slowly! Drink a lot of water!

 The next course: dessert - it doesn't have to be pumpkin pie, but if you do want it to be pumpkin pie, have a reasonable sized piece. Otherwise, go for some tasty fruit.

Hi everyone!

 I just started the new section of my website, PCOS 4 Teens, The BLOG!  This, as you know, is my first entry.  

I hope my website has helped everyone with their struggles.  Its a long process, but DON'T GIVE UP!  Just keep looking on the bright side of things, like, (my favorite) Lou Gehrig said, "...I may have had a tough break, but I have an awful lot to live for".
